Having worked at Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd for about two decades, she built expertise around Business Development, Corporate Governance, Credit Management and Analysis as the Group Executive Director before her exit in 2021. She has successfully managed administration and training within Commercial, Corporate and Public sectors towards the growth of the company. She is an entrepreneur with a passion for building strategic business enterprises with a great drive for excellence at all levels. She is an Alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria.

His happily married to a lovely supportive and dedicated wife, Alhaja (Mrs.) Motolani Olukemi Odewale. They are blessed with amiable Children.
She was a one time National President of the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Alumni Association. She also served on the Governing Council of the Ahmadu Bello University for 5 years. She was the pioneer (protem) President of Women in Management (WIMA). She has served as the President of the Port Harcourt Metropolitan Lions Clubs. She is a member of many professional bodies and attained fellowship status in the Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Environmental Society and the Institute of Strategic Management to mention but a few. She is widely traveled and has attended seminars and workshops on Successful Negotiation Strategies; Driving Performance through Talent Management; Executive Program in Leadership; Executive Team Leadership; Public Private Partnership Strategies; Methods and Project Structuring Techniques all in world class institutions like Judge Business School Executive Education at University Of Cambridge; the Stanford University Graduate School Of Business; Harvard Business School; Lagos Business School; the Institute For Public Private Partnership (IP3); etc Her hobbies are knowledge acquisition, value creation and helping the less privileged.
